My roots grow deep as a third generation Swedish American. All my family came from Sweden. My family tree on both sides of the family go back to the early 1600's. I figured that at some point I have Vikings as part of my blood. What I appreciate about the Vikings was their use of herbal remedies to keep them healthy.
